[Team/Position Description]
This position is mainly in-charge-of the billing operation, settlement executions, financial reporting, business operation support for B2C, B2B, Gift Card, free trial ticketing management and customer service operations. Co-working with data science team, marketing & product department, finance, customer care and external settlement partners.
[Responsibilities]
* Execute billing operations, financial settlement, revenue booking, payment request process and P&L performance measurements. (財務對帳報表)
* Support the operation flow for B2C, B2B, Gift Card Sales through; Sales Order, Service Fulfillment, Logistics Management, and Financial Reporting.
* Support the customer service operations (contact window, TT follow up)
* Support the project management for New channel implementations, operation process setup, and product enhancement.
* Support the project logistics for business contracting, security, customer care and cross divisions coordination.
需求條件 / Key Requirements
[Basic Qualifications]
* 5+ years of experience in areas of financial reporting, data analysis, and project management.
* Strong proficiency with excel, experience with large scale analytics technologies
* Experience in music industry or media/entertainment strongly preferred
* With the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests.
* Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field.
