職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
✓ Build and manage the team in China Mainland to support the growth of the country.
✓ Formulate and implement corporate strategies, company policy and lead the team to drive sustainable growth and achieve the target in China Mainland
✓ Develop, coach and lead continuous improvement of sales capabilities of the sales team, manage sales team performance, discover and solve problems through executable actions
✓ Distribution management, overall manage regional contract, shipment, stock, sales out and inventory of distributors
✓ Work together with E-Commerce team to well manage and enlarge the E-Commerce business in China Mainland.
✓ Use sales tools such as CRM system etc. to manage sales leads, customer opportunities and orders, analyze and forecast the business status
✓ Cooperate closely with marketing team to formulate budget plan and marketing activities within budget, meanwhile evaluate the ROI
✓ Recruitment and uplift sales talent pool
✓ Assist the financial department to manage distributors' credit and local sales office
✓ In charge of brand and price management, coordinate with the business conflicts, and collect competitor information
需求條件 / Key Requirements
✓ At least 5 years of sales working experience in China Mainland, in electronic industry is a plus
✓ At least 3 years of leadership experience
✓ Flexibility to travel in China or to oversea
✓ Good public communication skills and good at strategic planning and negotiation skills
✓ Ability to speak English is a plus
✓ Can work individually under high pressure with Self-driven & self-motivate personality
