職務說明 / Key Responsibilities
1. 匯整線上問題, 如果是簡單的系統操作問題, 可以直接回覆, 如果搜集問題後,可能是PM的問題, 就要提供給PM , 請PM回覆問題（因此需要有判斷的能力)
2.贈品庫存量, 成效,以及需不需要備貨等
- Collaborate with different stakeholders to support digital sales and acquisition projects
- Cards acquisition & MGM customer complaints handling
- Support end to end user acceptance test to ensure timely project delivery
- Support digital acquisition campaigns from material preparation to result delivery
- Prepare MIS for regular performance review and analysis
- Support regular admin studies including accrual, P2P submission
- Support MGM tech project implementation project
- Cards VPP log (Monthly)
- MCA test (Quarterly)
需求條件 / Key Requirements
- 大學以上畢業，行銷相關或MBA學歷加分
- 英語讀、寫、說能力佳（至少有基本英文口說和寫作能力）
- 有業務助理或行銷助理者尤佳
- 熟悉MS Office基本功能，Excel會使用Vlookup/樞紐尤佳
- 個性細心，能獨立作業
