[Team/Position Description]
This position is mainly in-charge-of the business intelligence, consumer insight, usage analysis, marketing campaign measurement and financial reporting analysis for music service platform. Co-working with data science team, marketing & product department, finance, and external settlement partners.

[Responsibilities]
1. Manage the Dashboards, self-service tools, and reports to analyze music streaming data associated with customer experience, product performance, marketing campaign performance, business operations, and strategic decision.
2. Support the physical and digital sales functions with partner analysis and market trends.
3. Consolidate findings and recommendations into artist / partner presentations for product managers and sales teams.
4. Execute billing operations, financial settlement, revenue booking and payment request process.
5. Support the operation flow for B2C, B2B, Gift Card Sales through; Sales Order, Service Fulfillment, Logistics Management, and Financial Reporting.
6. Support the forecast process using historical data and marketing variables to predict future outcomes.
7. Support Strategic Project:
(a) Content operation, including content design and execute to proceed traffic growth for Smart Channel.
(b) Collect data from source system, performance monitoring and improvement.
(c) Co-work with cross-function teams including services and Customer Care on content monitoring for quality assurance.

[Basic Qualifications]

* 3+ years of experience in a Data Visualization, Data Scientist, or Data Analyst role, preferably for a digital subscription business.
* Experience in music industry or media/entertainment strongly preferred
* Strong proficiency with excel, experience with large scale analytics technologies
* Good communication, social and presentation skills with meticulous attention to detail.
* With the ability to handle work to tight deadlines and the pressure of executive requests.
* Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics or related field.
